    So. I’ve been doing some trials with my adhd medication over the last 3 days.

    It appears (testing tomorrow) that I have been taking almost double what I should have been taking.

    I’ll know tomorrow.

    It would explain the anxiety about nothing, the insane tenseness in my whole body, my random bouts of nervousness for no reason, amongst other things.

    Guess we’ll see.

      I had that happen with thyroid meds. Near constant edge of panic attack jitters. Blood test said halve the dose!

        I just can’t believe I’ve been putting up with this, thinking “well, I guess that’s the cost of clarity” for the last 5 frikkin years!!!

      I hope you find what works and you can just take a couple of pills to go ‘lock-in’ mode
