E: had a go with these hot and spicy chicken flavour (black packet) indomie noodles. Love the spices - cumin and some other stuff in there - but dear gods it’s fiery. Might put less of the chili oil next time. Or zhuzh it up with veg to offset the heat 🥵
I grew up with much more spice than this and regularly cook/eat spicy food, but after nearly 15 years of living in Australia my chilli tolerance has gone down so much it’s not funny…
E: I will also say this is nowhere near as mouth-rapingly hot as the black samyang noodles. That one is a biological weapon
