Maybe we need some sort of generation indicator emoji to assist in interpreting messages. Plus a phrase book for all the things that have been twisted in meaning.

👍 means onya, thanks, despite the young thinking it means sarcasm. We need to teach them the right way.
Sorry. Generational thing I guess. “Okay.” usually carries quite strong passive aggression these days
“Okay. 👍”, unless the OP is directed at you, also usually comes across as the equivalent of “I don’t give a shit, get fucked”
