    and by the way, you posted a link to a Hawawshi dish a few days ago which I will be attempting this week so thank you. Is there a sauce you recommend with that?

      We have it with hummus or toum (Aldi’s garlic dip is very close to this) but you don’t usually eat it with a sauce. Normally you’d eat them with tabbouleh.

      Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, gherkins go well with them.

      Also when I make them I use mini lebanese bread but regular still works.
