    I don’t really have a goal but I have noticed I was eating too much after dinner.

    I’ll probably have some fruit later for dessert.

      That’s what I noticed about myself and I wasn’t even hungry.

      I found I have much more energy the next day when I don’t snack before bed. That could just be me though.
