minus-squareTheWitchofThornburylinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up4·2 months agoDoing it with sausage, you might like to add a ham bone or chicken bones or some such so that it gels properly. The lovely thing about ham hock is that the liquid comes out rich in gelatin/collagen from the bones.
