Dragged out the mini Weber to cook lamb leg steaks…
And accidentally lit firepit… And double accidentally poured a dark and stormy.
Lamb will be dripping fat onto the hot charcoal soon and vapourised flavour will be infusing into the juicy juicy meat!

Cheese toasties
Corned beef.
Minipeelers want home made pizza and Mr P wanted pasta bake made from farfalle leftover from lunch. Farfalle bolognaise (not much sauce left on it) was shoved into a baking dish with a ton of mozzarella on top and baked. Pizza will likely have pepperoni and pineapple on top. One might just have cheese tomato and basil.
