    Does anyone here have a recommendation a psychologist in the Monash Council area?

    GP is happy to give me a referral but needs a name.

    I need help with stress, anxiety & depression. Trying to avoid meds if possible. Need to get on top of this.

      Have a look at the APS find a psych page. https://psychology.org.au/find-a-psychologist

      You can filter to specific issues, and some psychologists have a secure messaging feature, otherwise you can call to ask questions

      Edit: in case anyone else is reading this, you can also filter to ones that will do assessments for stuff like ASD or ADHD
