Technically tonight was a simple microwave dinner; hard to stuff it up. 🤣
I spotted these beef brisket schnitzels at the supermarket so I’m having those. I just wish I bought some gravy or something for them.
Chicken stir fry with honey and oyster sauce.
Microwave fried rice, a can of tuna and mayo. That’s all I can muster tonight.
Where’d you get the microwave fried rice?
We were buying the Aldi one as a backup/lazy meal, but we’ve all kinda gotten bored of it, new to try a new one.
That’s the one I get for that exact reason.
Might be a can of Spagsaurus in tomato and cheese sauce from SPC.
Just had a delicious creamy chicken fettuccini. A little more work than I usually like to cook, but worth it.
Instant pot lentil Bolognese. Needed more tomato but lashes of cheese fixes everything.
