It’s probably condensation from cooking. If you have a kitchen door to the outside keep it open a little during cooking and always use your range hood if you have one.
The kitchen is in the complete opposite side of the room to the windows 😭 and we do use the rangehood. I disinfected the windows and fridge and will keep an eye on it.
Nothing in the bathroom, interestingly, doesn’t have windows either. But it does have two exhaust fans 🤷♀️
