Got offered a steroid epidural. Chose not to in the end, was mostly better by that point.

That’s why I’m so careful, I let practically no one touch me other than doctors .
Plenty of doctors I wouldn’t trust either tbh.

The best advice I’ve had, from neurosurgeons, I still follow, which was “rest”, stay in bed
unfortunately I didn’t have a long enough consultation to learn how to avoid back pain
