Egg and bacon rolls.
We had egg and bacon (well, leftover xmas ham) last night. And roasted asparagus topped with mozzarella 😋 and some home made rosti/hash brown to mop up the yolks.
Ooo that sounds good. I might do some hash browns too. Good idea.

My little dessert creation yesterday consisted of one creme caramel in a bowl and vanilla icecream caressing the outside of the centre piece. Yeah it was fucking awesome. I named it The Nest.
