    I’m quite tempted by an instant pot, keen to hear your adventures. But I have limited storage and don’t want to end up with something I don’t actually use a lot.

      I bought the little 3L one which should be good for a few serves of anything and will hopefully fit on the bench ok… I will update with my adventures
