A massive chunk of air dried lamb.
Hope it turns out ok as it’s fairly big and thicker than what I cooked last night with a side serving of pasta.

I bought a fresh loaf of Baker’s Delight bread today so I just had a Christmas ham, cheese and gravy sandwich. I might make a turkey one with cranberry a little later.
Fish pie using leftover bbq fish from yesterday, with the mussels sauce as a base. Have a little bug left to pop in too. We had ordered barramundi, but we got salmon and only realised when we served, lol. I’m wondering if I’ll put in some prosciutto to give some extra saltiness and smokiness as usually I’d use smoked fish.
That sounds really good.
It was good. I overseasoned. I thought the fish would be too plain without being smoked and added a bunch of flavour that wasn’t needed. Still tasty but they overpowered the seafood.
