    Steamed eggs? I haven’t heard of that process before.

    Do the eggs come out a lot differently?

      It seems to be a sort of egg custard, but made with water not milk. I did use some flavourings in the actual egg mix. Came out fine. Am very full rn as I couldn’t stop myself from going back to the pan for a bit more. Just to use up the rice you understand.

        Hmm ok. I’m going to have to look up some videos to get an idea.

        Sounds like tofu or something.

        Oh and yes of course. To finish off the left over rice. Yup!
