Mazda 6 diesel. Mrs wanted a wagon for tinyest. Heard the Mazda was good. Wasn’t till after we brought it that we learned their diesels are notoriously unreliable.
I mean, previous issue was electrical we believe. This one looks to be transmission. Nothing can be proven to be wrong with it though. So I’m wondering about the ethics of pissing it off. Strong suspect the previous owner knew it was a dog.
When it comes to insurance companies, ethics can (and must) be put aside. I don’t condone anything illegal, but I never discourage ripping off big corporations.
Not gonna lie, we dropped it off to the mechanic Saturday since we had our mother in law to look after baby, but we joked it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world if it got nicked or burnt.

Oooh dang. AFAIK their engines are made in Japan which is odd that they’re unreliable.

Sadly no. It’s 6 years old. We got it second hand. So it’s gonna be expensive fucking it off.
