Sounds yummy (except for the peas, evil leguminous little bastards that should have no place in a respectable meal).
I’m not sure I can find much enthusiasm for cooking tonight. I was planning a chicken stir-fry, but might end up reheating some frozen hokkien nooodles.

I am not a huge fan of the peas but they look pretty on the plate plus they go well with lamb. Green on a plate means health.
