yeah, but it’s easier to buy one premade lol
With a fresh one I feel like I need to eat it straight away but with a frozen I can eat it whenever I like.
That’s why sometimes I make baked cheesecake that’ll keep for a week easy.
You gotta try the basque cheese cake from Woolies, it’s $20 and it’s better than a lot of cafe’s terrible attempt at baking it
