    Thanks sun goddess.

Is it really taco Tuesday or tight-arse Tuesday? That’s the big question.

Or you make it yourself and you’ll be fine. I’ve never had any issue when it’s self made

Hahaha. Well actually my pasta gave me a little ring sting and loose stools this morning so I know what that feels like.

It’s both! Plus if you make lots of the meat part and pre chop the stuffing and freeze it. You can have tacos again in the future which in turns helps you save (the tight arse part 😉)

That is a great idea and if you don’t label the meat and it sits in your freezer for awhile you’ll eventually pull it out asking yourself “What the fuck is that?”.

Sometimes you can get extra surprising results this way. I once had a couple of small bags of shredded chicken in the freezer. I added some leftover frozen gravy and dumped them all in the microwave to reheat. Mixed them together, went to eat it. Turns out one of the bags of “chicken” was actually parsnip peelings I’d put aside to add to stock later.

That’s called mystery meat. I have a slab of falafel in my freezer that my husband put in there. It took me awhile to work out what it was because it looks like something a cat chewed.
