    Seafood noodle soup

    Seafood soup with noodles, shiitake mushrooms, coriander, spring onions, birds eye chilli, fried egg, prawn gyozas and hoisin sauce on the side.

    Whatever is closest to the top in the freezer. Have run out of f@@ks tonight after a massive day at work. Will have some greens tomorrow, I promise. Also, a swear word for the new millenium - S#dn#y Acc##nt#nts! If you delivered stuff half an hour before they ordered it, they’d still complain you were late and their client is angry. Then turn around and demand a discount so deep we’d be paying them. I need chocolate and in a hurry.

      Sometimes I open the freezer and find something thinking “I forgot I had that”. Dinner is solved.

      Ok so I am not a domestic goddess. But i have just acquired an air fryer. How do you make your roast potatoes, what time, what temp etc?

        Some air fryers might cook them faster than others so adjust accordingly if you know yours overcooks or under cooks food.

        I cut them up into fair small chunks and put them in for 30 mins at 160c.
