Finishing dinner off with some boysenberry gelato

But it’s Melbourne, he basically has to take a photo tonight while it isn’t raining.
My dinner tonight was slightly overcooked squid, old green beans garlicked, gherkins and a bed of herbed cous cous with toasted pine nuts and some hot sauce.
Leftover beef enchiladas that I cooked last night!
We had a delicious lasagne tonight. I didn’t take a photo of it on my plate, it was too yummy.
Luckily, there are leftovers, so you can get an idea:
I’m torn as to whether to go and have a $100 waterside steak dinner or grab some Subway
Edit: I’m sat waterside so I guess it’s the steak. It’ll be a MB5+ Angus ribeye, medium rare, with black garlic aioli on the side. I’ve also ordered a Dimple with an ice cube and a Turkish roll with cheese to start. Pics to come.

I’ve got left over pasta and lemme tell you, that’s what’s been getting me through today! So excited for it!
Tonight is chicken and cashew.
That dish has become part of the weekly dinner menu. So easy and tasty.
Crumbed Hoki (from Aldi) with salad. It’s got a basic lemon dressing on the salad.
Oh I had that hoki a couple of nights ago. I saw it marked down 20% because it was about to expire and picked up a couple of packets
For me the curry from last night with Devon, potatoes and a mix of veggies and a good onion I found.
Will combine with pasta or rice for the next few days.
