    Yay go for it! Watch out for other hidden sugars in foods too, like tomato sauce, yoghurt, pasta sauces, salad dressing and bread. Things I like, dammit!

      I have hardly any of those foods premade or with sugar, for me sugar is biscuits and lollies.
