Made quite a few bagels, gearing up for a busy festival week.
Had steaks with spring onion, broccoli, baked potato as well!
Steak & not Guiness pie
Pan fried dumplings w/ double fried tempura zucchini slices and flowers (!) w/ steamed mini dimsums.
Never done the flowers before so will probably fuck it up but they’re in the garden atm so may as well have a go.
I’ve never done it but I’ve seen it being done many times, if you’re gonna fill the flowers, don’t over fill them. That’s all. Good luck!
A thai skewer and some of those mini pavs with passionfruit cheesecake.
Carbonara with some sort of pasta.
Still to be decided.
Bolognese with shells and lots of beer.
