Chicken with 2 minute noodles
Made a salad with spinach, rocket, tomato, chickpeas, and goat’s cheese.
my goal this year is to eat more legumes, love to see I’m not the only one with chickpeas in their salads!
I have a can now, that is earmarked for air fryer chickpea salad.
