What’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner today?
A giant batch of fried rice. Anyone who wants something to eat at home over the next few days can eat it because I’m not cooking.
Love it! GYO get your own.
Helped the oldest banana child make lasagna for the first time…it was amazing!
Strangely, here they use bechamel instead of ricotta, which is a poor substitute IMHO.
We mainly use a bechamel here but I’ve seen it with ricotta and mascarpone sauce.
Oh man… blasphemy!
Ricotta, dry basil, granulated garlic & onion, s&p and a couple eggs and after you add this layer put some mozzarella on top. You owe it to yourself.
(Save this for when it’s not the temperature of the sun on your side of the world)
Cheers mate and Merry Christmas
dinner is shake, two 5cm sectors of pizza, 1 frosty fruit
Turkey sandwich and an apple turnover for afters.
