    We mainly use a bechamel here but I’ve seen it with ricotta and mascarpone sauce.

      Oh man… blasphemy!

      Ricotta, dry basil, granulated garlic & onion, s&p and a couple eggs and after you add this layer put some mozzarella on top. You owe it to yourself.

      (Save this for when it’s not the temperature of the sun on your side of the world)
