    When able to weight bear, you could lookup some ankle proprioception exercises to increase your ankle dexterity, reducing chance of re-injury.

      I’ll do that and add it to the list of exercises I should be doing. I might be able to stick to exercises if I have more of a routine to go through

        Ankle proprioception ex can just be using a tennis ball at your desk and trying to write the alphabet with your foot. Or standing on some form of wobble board.
