Chicken breasts with sauce vierge and marinated roast veggie pasta salad.

Made gemelli at work today (my favourite), so I’ve brought some home to have with hidden veg bolognaise.

Veg gyoza for me, then a sneaky raid on the freezer later on probably for dimmies.

Lettuce, fried rice and wicked wings.

Underneath the lashings of condiments there’s a bowl of rice, black beans, pulled chicken (all pre cooked on weekend) then some peas and broccoli and zapped in the microwave. Current me thanks past me for prepping some good mix and match options.
