To balance last weeks good luck getting third in line at the food market, today I got third last. I ended up with three parsnips so will have to do lots of roast vegie dishes. Also a leek and some potatoes, which would be much better news if it was still soup weather.

It is always rosti weather - and you have the makings right there in front of you. You could even include the parsnips if you felt like it.
