    1. Is this a ploy for Alex Antic to collect personally identifiable information?
    2. I’m not going to give my data to a Liberal politician (why are they called “Liberal” - the Labor party is more liberal; the “Liberal” party should change their name to “Conservative”)
    3. Why don’t we see what is proposed before opposing it?

    a) Personally I don’t oppose the concept, but I don’t trust anyone to handle the data appropriately

    b) I find the idea of locking everyone in to an Android/Apple duopoly offensive (myGovId is the perfect example of how not to implement this) — this may be the final nail that converts me to dumping my “Smart” devices and moving to a dumb phone.

      They’re called liberal because they’re economically liberal (low taxes, pro business), not socially liberal.

      Liberalism is not progressivism. The US never had a popular worker’s party and instead they have two liberal parties.

      Our own Liberal party mirrors the US divide between the moderates (think Turnbull) and right factions (Morrison)
