    I’m so annoyed. There were recipes I wanted to pass down but I haven’t made them in so long that I’ve forgotten stuff. (Had written it down but the paper is lost to the ether.)

      That’s why I put them into google docs. The risk of losing them if I write them down is too great.

        This was before I was big on internet.

        Also part of the confusion is because I used to double it. It’s ok, I can look up the basic ratios and make an educated guess about the salt.
