Yeah I noticed that too. Safari on iOS. Only instead of red lines I was getting multi colors, make it hard to see where things are going.
Same deal here. I assumed something to do with an iOS update. Which tbh doesn’t really make sense now that I say it out loud.

Unless it was something it auto updated without telling me. I’ve not updated anything for safari so no clue what’s going on. The multi color lines on the left side is distracting. Oh and I noticed the box where I’m typing is highlighted in orange. Yikes
