What’s for dinner tonight?
I want a steak a big as my face, a bucket of chips and 6 pints!
So, probably steamed veg and baked salmon…
Update: so it’s not as big as my head, and there’s no chips, AND I’ve only had a single beer… But it was still alright for a last minute change in Tuesday night. I smothered mine with hot chipotle sauce!
Spicy chickpea soup
Change of plans. I had Suimin Hot & Spicy noodles and some dinner rolls.
chicken & sweetcorn soup + sourdough mini loaf which I’ll heat in the oven and put some herb butter on it

A friend did that years ago camping with one of those old school deep jaffle irons, added diced bacon and canned corn. It was awesome!
