      Be honest about previous use, and how it helped. What you’re struggling with, that MC can help with. They ask questions but nothing super crazy.

      For me it’s a rather simple, and even pleasant experience talking to them.

        I basically spewed out my life story including those things in my online nurse chat so that’s no problem recapping that stuff
