minus-squareimoldgreeeglinkfedilinkarrow-up6·5 months agoYeah I now wake up every day between 5:30 and 6:30 pretty naturally. I reckon as long as you get up and do some basic wake up thing you can then go back to bed and not wreck the habit. I do that on weekends.
