At the moment I use tradies steel capped boots so im not sure if that’s any good of a comparison. 35 for a pair of boots that would last quite awhile looked quite attractive to me but not sure how long they would last either.
minus-squareSituationCakelinkfedilinkarrow-up1·6 months agoI guess it depends how cold your feet get. They aren’t steel caps so if you need to meet safety requirements they wouldn’t pass. Open a box in store and try them on in the shop, heaps of people were doing it.

I’m not sure, I’ve been wearing those sorts of boots for quite awhile now and I don’t feel cold in them. I did try one on quickly and it was ok but it was o my for a quick moment and the front of the boot sort of curls up a little I noticed. Not sure how warm they would get after awhile of wearing them though.
