You forgot ‘seek first aid for the scratches and wounds incurred as you tried to wrangle the cat into the carrier’

Ask me how I know 😐😁

Miss Meow is apparently much easier to wrangle than your cat, I have successfully returned wound free.

Mine is: Finish twisting 70+ skeins. Label said skeins. Make chicken and avocado pasta for dinner.

That’s it. I can’t do anything else at this point.

That is many skeins. Is that wool? I am intrigued by your large number of skeins.

It is! It is a Merino, silk and yak fibre blend, and I am sending a good half of out in the post tomorrow to fulfil an order. It’s so soft and nice to touch, it’s just a lot to get through 😅

Sounds amazing. Do you dye/spin/blend it yourself, or are you just breaking down from a bigger batch?

I dye it myself. I buy it “bare” (undyed), and then mix up fun colours and go a bit nuts. It’s all the fun of being a crazy scientist, with far less stress or risk of world domination.

That’s great. Feel free to post skein pics at any time, I love to see that stuff, even if I can’t touch it.
