Was really understanding about the blow out of costs and not wanting me to waste money on calling him out. Top loaders sadly wasn’t his specialty even though he has worked with them before. I’ll have a look to see if my one had a diagnostics mode. Mine is an older model and may not have it. I’ll trawl the web on seeing if there’s anything about putting a drum back on its support. Doesn’t seem as easy to find. Thanks Seagoon!
