I hope these Proud Mary decaf beans taste good, I might be forced to drink decaf for a while and apparently some of them have an awful chemical taste. Research suggests everyone vouches for the Swiss water method but snobs go for ethyl acetate. Apparently Small Batch coffee is the shiznit so that’ll be my backup if these beans don’t crack it
