    The weather is mild and dry and yet inside it feels a lot warmer than I would expect. Am I going mad?

      Nope. Retained heat re-radiating out from house walls etc. Noticed this yesterday after the cool change. The wind was chilly, but where sheltered from the wind you could feel the heat coming out of the concrete. The larger the thermal mass, the longer the temperature takes to equalize and the longer the effect endures.

        Makes sense since I’m in a double brick building but I’m surprised at how long the temperature equalisation takes.
