Day 8/70: First day of week 2 weigh-in.
Down 1.8kg. I know the first couple of kilos are the easiest, but still I didn’t think I’d drop that fast. I actually don’t want to lose 18kg (10 weeks x 1.8kg). I’d be too skinny.
Congratulations on the weight loss! I found weight loss is an inconsistent thing. When you start, sometimes you lose a fair bit initially and then it kind of plateaus just when you want to knock off those last few superfluous kilos. For others, nothing much happens in the beginning. Every body is different but it’s rarely an evenly sloping gradient.
