    Mr P uses rosemary as kebab stick. Every time the rosemary gets a cut, he strips off all the foliage,and sharpens one end with a good knife. Instant flavour infusing meat cooking stick. Apologies if you’re a vegetarian, but it might also work well with skewers of vegetables.

      That’s an amazing idea! Sadly, I am far too uncoordinated and lazy to do skewers for one person, but I must keep that in mind for future opportunities
