    I would care, just in case the soil saturation/flooding has other knock on effects

        Just go over and switch it off (if you can), it might be easier than dealing with any after effects (rotting neighbouring garden with anaerobic soil, yum). And tell yourself you’re doing it for yourself rather than for jerk neighbour. You can leave him a sarcastic note if you want :p

          Yea they have super high fences so can’t :( I mean I could scale it but it’d be an adventure.
