Asked for a quote to replace thermocouples on my stove from a gasfitter and he actually recommended replacing with induction instead. Costs of parts are way up apparently.
That’s pretty good of that gasfitter to give you an honest recommendation. Looks like the tide is turning (although I have a very emotional connection to using a gas stove).
