I just did a 30 minute low intensity workout. I feel a little light headed and my legs feel like jelly but I’m ok. I’m still alive and I didn’t pass out so that’s a win. Although little dog tried to lick my ear while I was down on the floor (and he tried to run off with my dumbbells) that wasn’t pleasant.
