There’s a little recipe for this in my book of Vinegar. So mix half apple cider vinegar and half water and use it as a rinse after shampooing and conditionering. Then rinse again with just water. I can confirm it is extremely cold but it worked for me. I mixed the vinegar with warm water. Not shocking that way.
Oh damn I think I finished off the apple cider vinegar cleaning the fridge last time. Might just have the normal type…I’ll give it a go. Think it should be OK if I’m in the shower…thank you!
I have no idea why it works I just know it worked for me. I have dry skin particularly in winter. I get little patches of eczma on various parts of my body but my shins are the worst due to the skin being thinner in this area so what I do is put a cup of milk powder in a warm bath and it softens the skin. Then I’ll put Nivea creme on the area. Nivea creme is thick and works as a barrier cream. No medical substances in it. It just works for me. I have been using it for years and then I read something the other day and found out other people have been doing this. It doesn’t “cure” eczema it just relieves the itch.
Hello dandruff, my old frienddddd

Make it 1 part white vinegar and 3 parts water then and that might work. Good luck.
Might I ask what’s the basis behind this home remedy and does it work for more than dandruff?
