I don’t have a solution just sympathy, and letting you know you’re not the only one. Stay away from social media for a few days (or forever!) where your friends/family are posting about achievements and having fun. Comparison can hurt. Also remember, people rarely post the bad stuff, and frequently embellish the good stuff.
