I managed to get into a Bank of Melbourne today, and wow they leave me feeling so ambivalent. They keep creating problems, but then are really really lovely and efficient about fixing them?
I went in and it was very much in and out. No line at all, the dude was lovely, and then he just took my license, and verified me in the span of about 2 minutes.
I’ve never felt so conflicted about whether a company deserves to be on my shitlist or not. Things will always go wrong, so knowing somebody can fix them politely, respectfully, and efficiently is great! But if that company is the one creating all the problems themselves, do they deserve praise for being willing and able to fix them?
Perhaps they’re just hypochondriacs that pretend there are problems so people will actually go into their branches lmao

I actually think people like their problems or do create them.
For me it’s just a runaway brain making problems.
