Ugh. I forgot AusPost parcel hours get weird in December
Had 2 parcels arrive at the facility last night. That was the first update after “shipping information approved by Australia Post”. I checked it today at 10, as well as today at 2. Nothing. Assumed it’ll come tomorrow. No. Just got a notification that they couldn’t deliver it (at 7:02pm) and I need to go pick them up
They also changed it to say onboard for delivery at 11am (it didn’t say that before), and never sent me the “your parcel is coming today between x and y” message :(
I appreciate the effort their people put in, but a little more notice would be nice. Especially since night time deliveries aren’t part of their conventional hours, at least in my area
