Not that I like to generalise but a lot of them don’t comprehend that the rest of the world outside of the US exist.
Time zones and release dates tend to confuse them as well.
Add them to the list of reminders we’re on America’s Internet™.
They are just asking. So just ignore them.
I prefer to gently challenge the American supremacy built-in to the question.
